Success!!

Following a recent sell out at the O2 Rayleigh, Wendy and her boys are taking a well earned rest.

The concert was recorded by OB company under_a_fiver.com, and we are pround to present the world premier of the latest Wendy & The Lost Boys offerings.

The first track is simply entitled - 'Munchies.' This was apparently written after a heavy night on the road whilst looking for a kebab shop.

The second track is Firestarter from the same album.

Wendy Morgan

Wendy is no stranger to fame. Before her international career with the Lost Boys, Wendy has been seen on stage, TV and the Big Screen. She has perfomed with some of the worlds best known stars - Richard Gere, the bloke who played David Wickes on Eastenders, and someone who looked vaguely like John Lennon. John lennon is Wendys hero. She once played John's first wife, Cynthia, in the only film made about the Beatles during his lifetime called Birth of The Beatles. When Wendy was in Bleeker St, Greenwich Village, New York, sitting on a door step lacing up her pink wheeled roller skates, John and Yoko walked slowly by. She wanted so much to say 'Hi' and 'Thank you', but knew deep down that if she tried to make a move, she would certainly fall on her arse in front of her idol. Regrets? She's had a few!!

Wendys Catholic upbringing means that she won't appear in any nude scenes. Steve has spent hours searching the internet, and certainly can't find any topless pics of Wendy!! (Wendy, if you have any, steve said you know his email addy....wink wink!!) Wendy was oddly enough, discover by the Lost Boys, so maybe it was her that was lost? The world is certainly a strange place.
Since 2008 wendy has a project called Hear Their Voices, which she writes songs for to raise awareness for animal suffering at human hand. Wendy is due to begining gigging for the cause later this year. Watch this Space.

Steve Reynolds

Steve, 83, and of no fixed hairstyle, is undoubtedly the driving force behind the Lost Boys. In fact, he could fit even more in his transit van if he wasn't living in it. Steve sits proudly behind his Premier kit, in the shadows most of the time, where he can watch Wendy from the back. An envious position you'll agree.

Steve has been drumming for 30 years now, and admits that his arms really ache. Steve, you should stop even if its only for a few minutes!! Ha-ha!!

In his spare time, Steve likes to perform with his other band Déjà Vu. The band are in a constant change of personnel, which Steve describes as very familiar but not why? The intention for the future, is that Déjà Vu will support Wendy & The Lost Boys on their upcoming tour of Rochford, and surrounding pubs. This will keep the overheads down, as there will be only one drummer to pay. Good thinking by the tour manager and Lost Boys accountant, Monty Cohen..

Dave Denby

Meet Dave D.
Dave is the typical bass player. Mean and moody. He has recently been working on adding a 'Laid Back' look too. He seems to have perfected this, as rumour has it that he appeared to be so laid back at a recent gig at the O2 that paramedics were called, because the audience thought that he had slipped into a coma during the last three encores. He was later quoted as saying "Rumours of my total lack of interest have been greatly exaggerated."
Dave playing career started during his school years. His misic teacher suggested that he try the bass guitar as he was quite clearly utter useless at any other instrument. He almost got to play the triangle instead, but was pipped to the post by one armed, profoundly deaf Mike Delaney. (Mike currently tours with the Girls Aloud Tribute Band featuring Susan Boyle).
Dave current equipmet list is a Peavey Cirrus 4 bass, finished in Bubinga. He intended to have one in burgandy, but spelt it incorrectly on order form. Unlucky Dave!!

Dave Clarke

Dave began his guitar playing career during the Punk era, and was a founding member of Southends premier Punk Band,' Dave and the Dripping Helmets'. Sporting a red mohican, he could often be found pogo-ing at the end of the pier, or unconcsious outside TOTS. Rock on Dave!!

Dave current axe of choice is a vintage pearl white Fender Strat, and a hand made Dean Martin (or something like that). Dave achieves his scorching guitar sounds via a Boss pedal box.

Chris Aubrey

Chris has been playing the keyboards since the age of 2. He was the youngest person ever to be awarded Grade 8 at the tender age of just 27 months. Quite an acheivement i'm sure you'll agree?!!!

Chris first performed on stage with a Wurzels tribute band, The Weasels. Unfortunately this was short lived, as even the real Wurzels have no following. Bad luck Chris!!

As a founder member, and self appointed musical director, of Wendy & The Lost Boys, it is Chris's duty to take all of the blame when it goes tits up!! Bad luck again, Chris.

Chris's current set up includes a vintage Roland keyboard, a Mork & Mindy vocoder, and more coloured leads then you can shake a drum stick at!!
